Ordered a one-off hat after seeing AnyRope on social media. Wanted to see turnaround time, quality, ease of ordering, and communication for future orders.
Ease of Ordering - one of the most seamless processes I have been through, I am involved with a few sports organizations and am constantly ordering hats. AnyRope made the process easy, the order was then added to my profile, and I could check the status as needed.
Quality - AnyRope's products are top of the line. The hats are comfortable and the interchangeable rope tech is groundbreaking. This really gives me the option to customize my hat aside from the logo.
Communication - This might be the best part about AnyRope. Their team, specifically Josh, gave great customer service and had open and quick communication. Being able to speak to an actual person is great.
Turnaround Time - for one custom hat the order was placed on 3/20 and received on 4/3 which is insanely fast. I cannot say enough good things about how quickly this was done.

The short answer is yes. Once we print your patch, we keep the dialed-in file on hand, which completely skips the setup and approval phase for your future orders and speeds up the timeline.
Having a feature where your past patches are saved to your account so you can just click-and-add to new hats is exactly where we want to take the platform down the road. For right now, all you have to do is place a new order, attach the same file, and drop a note at checkout saying 'replicate last job.'

The patch is awesome. Our Pickleball team is all changing the ropes and having fun with them. Sizing is great for men and women. Even guys with big heads like the hat.
