• Artwork: Vector art is preferred (.AI, .EPS, .PDF). Note: Design fees may apply if vector files are not provided.

How To Order:

1. 1. Upload Your Artwork Drag and drop your vector file (.AI, .EPS, .PDF, .SVG preferred) above.

   • Name Your Design: Input a unique name for this specific logo (e.g., "Company Logo - Red" or "Event Badge 2025") to ensure we match the right file to the right patch.

   2. Define Your Shape Select how you want the patch cut.

   • Options: Contour Cut (Follows the outline of your logo), Circle, Square, or Other.

   3. Add Specifics (Optional) Use the Notes field for critical details. Need to swap a specific color? Prefer a matte finish over high-gloss? Let our design team know exactly how you want the final product to look.

   4. Select Application

   • Apply to Hat: We professionally heat-press the patch to your headwear in-house.

   • Ship Loose: We ship the patches separately for you to apply on your end.

   5. Add To Cart (Ordering Multiple Designs?) Important: If you are ordering different logos (e.g., 10 patches of Logo A and 10 patches of Logo B), please add them to the cart separately.

   • Configure Logo A -> Add to Cart -> Refresh Page -> Configure Logo B -> Add to Cart.

   6. Add Your Headwear Reminder: This price covers the custom patch and professional application. Blank Headwear and Ropes are sold separately - please ensure you add your desired options to the cart to complete the build.
