The recent demand for custom headwear has been incredible. To accommodate this increased volume without sacrificing our premium quality, we are officially extending our production lead times. We absolutely refuse to rush production, and this adjustment ensures every hat leaves our facility meeting our highest standards.
Effective immediately, our updated turnaround times for custom decoration are:
- UV Dimensional Stack Patches: Ships 15 business days from proof approval.
- 3D Puff & Flat Embroidery: Ships 30 business days from proof approval.
Please note: These timelines reflect when your order ships and leaves our facility. Please factor in standard carrier transit times when planning for your final in-hand event dates.
