This is the best option for simple, bold logos or block typography that needs to pop off the hat.

The Specs:

  • Technique: Raised 3D Puff Stitching.

  • Minimum Order: 24 Piece Minimum.

  • Flexibility: Mix and match different Hat and Rope colors within your order (as long as the thread colors remain the same).

  • Coverage: Pricing includes up to 7,000 stitches.

Production & Timeline:

  • Lead Time: 10 Business Days from proof approval.

  • Digitizing Fee: $30.00 (Waived if .DST file is provided). Free Digitizing on orders over 36 pieces.

  • Artwork: Vector art is preferred (.AI, .EPS, .PDF). Note: Design fees may apply if vector files are not provided.

  • Proofing: Digital proof provided before production begins. Any art services will be invoiced after the order is placed.

How To Order:

  1. Upload Your Artwork: Drag and drop your vector file (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) above.

  2. Name Your Design: Input a unique name for this logo (e.g., "Team Logo - White Thread").

  3. Add Specifics: Use the Notes field to specify thread colors (PMS codes if available) or placement details.

  4. Add To Cart (Ordering Multiple Designs?) Important: If you are ordering different logos (e.g., 10 units of Logo A and 10 units of Logo B), please add them to the cart separately.

    • Configure Logo A -> Add to Cart -> Refresh Page -> Configure Logo B -> Add to Cart.

  5. Add Your Headwear Reminder: This price covers the embroidery decoration only. Blank Headwear and Ropes are sold separately—please ensure you add your desired options to the cart to complete the build.
